The fluffy hat is the most famous handicraft of the people of North Khorasan, which is woven by the people of Jajarm. Felt, the production of double carpets in which the turkmen of the province specialize and the Kurdish kilim which is the product of the Kurdish nomads of North Khorasan, make up some other handicrafts of the province. The inlaid work that is more common in the village of Rouin of Esfarayen, along with traditional embroidery, tapestry and tassel weaving and silk embroidery can also be seen in many cities of the province. 

About the souvenirs too, candy is the most famous souvenir of North Khorasan and Bojnourd has the first rank of this souvenir. Grape varieties are another important option that travelers usually prepare from this land. Gorgorut, curd and sugar cheese should not be forgotten which have a pleasant and unique taste.
